Due to the nature of digital products, once a plugin, theme, or membership has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned. Therefore, we do not offer refunds in most cases. However, we have outlined specific conditions under which a refund may be considered.


1. Refund for Single Product Purchases

  • Non-Functional Products: If the product is not functioning correctly or is cracked, and the issue is not resolved within 24 hours, please contact us immediately. If the same product works for others, we do not offer a refund. However, if the issue is not fixed within the specified time, we will issue a 100% refund.

  • Demo Content & License Key Requirement: If the plugin or theme’s demo content requires a valid purchase code or license key to be imported, and you are unable to proceed without it, no refund will be issued. The license key is necessary for accessing demo content and functionality.


2. Refund for Membership

  • Memberships Are Non-Refundable: Once a membership is purchased, it cannot be refunded. Please review all membership details carefully before purchasing.

  • Digital Products: No refunds are provided for digital products, including plugins, themes, and memberships unless the product is completely non-functional and the description provided is misleading.
    Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

    • The product works for others but not for you.

    • The product is compatible with most users, but not with your system (e.g., WordPress version, server settings).

    • You have already downloaded any files.

    • You changed your mind or purchased the product by mistake.

    • You are unable to install the product.

    • You encounter issues related to license keys or activations.

    • You broke your website during installation.

    • You did not receive support or refused to provide access to your site for troubleshooting.

  • Renewals: Renewal payments are non-refundable. You can cancel your renewal at any time before the renewal date directly from your account page.

  • Testing Purchases: We strongly discourage purchasing products or memberships for testing purposes. No refunds will be granted in these cases.

  • Subscription Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time, but there will be no refund for the membership after cancellation.
